Ruaha rainy season visit: April 2014 post 2

(Most of the photos in this post are mine, however some are by Sjak and Bart, who I thank again.)



First animal sighting!

We stopped at the River Lodge for afternoon soda and an amazing view (the lodge was pretty nice to look at too):























With Bart and Sjak already taking great photos of the animals, I focussed more on landscape shots and experimented with the camera and its various settings :-)



















 





















 
On the way back from Ruaha to Iringa we stopped at a stall of Maasai products to buy some local souvenirs:

























It was amazing to see Ruaha in both wet and dry seasons. The landscape was so lush and green, and it was still possible to see many animals. It is truly a beautiful place.

    Wow sis those pics are beautiful it really is soooo gorgeous there xxx love the black and white photo of the single tree especially xx and the elephants crossing the river xxx fantastic xxxx
